Gattan Fauna Concept 2b

After some suggestions from *Skyserpent and *Swingerzetta from the #OCBZ chat on how to tweak the "birrel" and push it towards improvement and eventually a more finalized design, here's the updated birrel, now with down feathers instead of fur and otherwise all-feathered tail/wings/mane/what-have-you, plus a beak and wings attached to the arms. And sharper claws.

Also no mushroom, because I'm lazy.
